For displays with lower protection levels, especially outdoor screens, dust enters the equipment through ventilation holes in the atmosphere, which can accelerate wear and even damage fans and other equipment. Dust can also fall on the surface of internal control components of the display screen, reducing thermal conductivity and insulation performance. When encountering humid weather, dust can absorb moisture in the air, causing short circuits and long-term mold growth of PCB boards and electronic components, leading to a decline in equipment technical performance and malfunctions. Therefore, cleaning display screen equipment may seem simple, but in fact, it is an important way of maintenance work.

2、 Clean the surface of the screen.
After long-term use, it is necessary to clean the dust and impurities accumulated on the surface of the LED electronic display screen.
Firstly, it is necessary to consider purchasing a high-quality cleaning kit. The cost of cleaning solution generally includes electrolyte, high-purity distilled water, anti-static liquid, etc., which can effectively clean dust and other stains on LED screens.
Some people believe that clean water is also acceptable, and it will not affect outdoor LED displays. However, the cleaning effect of clean water is relatively poor, and after cleaning, dust will adhere again. At the same time, it should be noted that water should not be sprayed on the screen. Instead, a small amount of cleaning solution should be sprayed on the cleaning cloth, and then gently wiped in the same direction. Before cleaning, the power cord needs to be unplugged.
Finally, use a vacuum cleaner to remove any water droplets and marks left after wet cleaning, ensuring that the display screen cover is clean and dust-free.
3、 Tighten the outdoor LED display screen.
Large scale LED display screens belong to high power consuming equipment. After running for a considerable period of time, due to multiple starts, stops, and runs, the wiring terminals of the power supply part may become loose due to cold and hot conditions, resulting in loose contact, loose contact, and virtual connections. In severe cases, they may heat up and ignite the plastic components next to them. The signal wiring terminals may also become loose due to changes in environmental temperature, and moisture erosion may cause poor contact, leading to equipment failures. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check the tightness of the connectors in the equipment. When adjusting fasteners, the force should be evenly and appropriately applied to ensure firmness and effectiveness.
