Shipping Policy for Led Display Accessories.
1. Regarding Freight Charges.
As we deliver the goods worldwide in large volume on a daily basis, we have an advantage in getting the best shipping freight cost.
When shipping to the United States, we generally choose UPS and DHL; when shipping to Europe, we will choose UPS or TNT to send to Russia. We will choose EMS.
2. Handing Time
Usually, we have enough inventory to guarantee delivery within 24 timmar, but for some products, it may be required to ship within 48 hours or 72 timmar, but we will communicate with customers through email or social software to inform them. Each order of goods undergoes multiple inspections to ensure that customers receive the perfect item. Before shipment, we will carefully test again. Every shipment, the goods are packaged in the most rigorous way to prevent possible damage during transportation to the greatest extent.
During working days: DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS pickup trucks will come to our warehouse to collect packages from 5 till 7 pm every day, and the corresponding package tracking number will be received the next day.
Holiday period: China’s major holidays, our delivery time is generally delayed by 1-3 days; overseas holidays, we will work normally, so even if you are on your holiday, you can place an order, and we will deliver the goods in time so that you can receive your package after the holiday is over.
3. Delivery Time
Our fastest delivery time is 2 days to New York, USA, but under normal circumstances, the international express delivery time is 3-7 days, and most customers can receive the package in 3-4 days.
However, in special periods, such as severe weather, pandemic periods, and rigid periods of irresistible factors such as the period of urban control and control, the delivery time may be appropriately extended. Please understand.
4.About customs clearance and receiving goods
As it involves international trade, the customs policies of each country and region are different, and there is a minimum exemption (import tariff exemption), For reasons that are well known, the value we fill out will be lower than the actual price. If a European customer needs to declare it truthfully, please let us know your VAT number.
5.Shipping Address
a, Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. so please check your shipping address carefully.
b, Please DON’T leave the PO BOX ADDRESS, your valuable packages may lose.
c, If the delivery address is a public address or work address, please assign a special person and leave his/her cellphone number to make sure that the courier can contact the right person in time instead of putting the package on the front desk.
d, If you don’t get your package more than 10 days, please have a call to the local express service store, provide them your tracking code to check the shipping status.
6. Ytterligare information
The above clauses are only applicable to small packages with the weight of the order package less than 50 kg. For large-volume orders, you need to choose sea or air transportation. Please contact our sales staff.
