Water leakage treatment method for outdoor LED display screens

The rainy season is here, what should I do if the outdoor LED display screen gets wet? In response to the continuous occurrence of such phenomena, the editor will explain the methods for preventing and treating water ingress in LED display screens:

1、 It is a preventive measure, and the outdoor full-color display screen must be meticulously wrapped and waterproofed after installation to avoid water ingress.
2、 In heavy rain or rainstorm weather, the led display screen should be closed and suspended.
3、 After the rain stops, enter the back of the screen to check for water leakage. In case of water ingress, do not turn on the screen with electricity. Use a fan or other tools to completely dry the LED display screen with water ingress as quickly as possible.
4、 After completely drying, turn on the screen and age it. The specific steps are as follows:
(1) Adjust the brightness (full white) to 10% and age it for 8-12 hours with power on.
(2) Adjust the brightness (full white) to 30% and age it for 12 hours with power on.
(3) Adjust the brightness (full white) to 60% and age for 12-24 hours on power.
(4) Adjust the brightness (full white) to 80% and age for 12-24 hours with power on.
(5) Set the brightness (all white) to 100% and age for 8-12 hours with power on.
After the above steps, the screen leakage problem has been basically solved. After fully powering on, check the LED display module, power supply, control card, and related connecting wires for any problems and hidden dangers. If there are any, replace or repair them immediately. Check the cause of the screen leakage and carry out maintenance or repair to prevent similar situations from happening again in the future.
