What is an LED display screen?

LED display screen, also known as electronic display screen or floating word screen. It is composed of LED dot matrix and LED PC panel, and displays text, images, animations, and videos by turning on and off red, blue, white, and green LED lights. Different adjustments can be made according to the needs of different occasions, such as the flowing characters and paintings on general billboards, which are created through flash to create an animation, stored in a memory card on the display screen, and then displayed through technical means. They can be replaced according to different needs, and each component is a modular display device. Traditional LED display screens typically consist of display modules, control systems, and power systems.

A display screen made by combining red and green LED chips or tubes as one pixel is called a monochrome or single primary color led display panel screen and a tri color or dual primary color screen. A display screen made by combining red, green, and blue LED chips or tubes as one pixel is called a tri color screen. If there is only one color, it is called monochrome.

The luminous color and luminous efficiency of LEDs are related to the materials and processes used to make them. Initially, the bulbs are all blue light, but later on, fluorescent powder is added to adjust different light colors according to the needs of users. There are four widely used colors: red, green, blue, and yellow.
